JABAL AMMAN WIN WORLD CLUBS’ TITLE

The Jabal Amman Club has won the the 14th Taekwondo World Club title, which finished yesterday in Prince Hamzeh Hall at Al Hussein Sport City in Amman. Almost 1,000 athletes Taiwan, Morocco, Egypt, Indonesia, Lebanon, Qatar, UAE, Bahrain, Palestine, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Algeria joined Jordan for the tournament. As well as Jabal Amman winning the overall title, there was a gold medal for Al Borkan Club’s Rahaf Mohammad in the girls’ 57kg girls competition, while Zaid Al Halawani from Al Assaf Club, won the Best Athlete award in all competitions. In a dsouble for Jabal Amman, Mohammad Al Abbadi won the Best Coach award.
