JOC HOLDS "HEART SAVER" COURSE

The JOC has held a "Heart Saver and First Aid” course organised by its Life Support Training Centre at the Academy of Tourism Institute, targeting employees of the Vocational Training Corporation as part of the "For a Safe Heart" initiative to improve medical readiness within the local community.

The course included training participants on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills, rapid response mechanisms, and initial life-saving procedures in accordance with approved medical standards.

This course comes as part of the JOC’s efforts to spread a culture of first aid through specialised training programmes that raise an individuals' readiness to handle emergency situations.
