HISTORIC BRONZE FOR JORDAN AT U20 ASIAN WRESTLING

Tala Abu Kheit has won Jordan first ever women’s medal at the U20 Asian Wrestling Championships, currently being held in Thailand.
Her success came in the 65kg weight, and reflects the continuous development of the sport in Jordan under the Jordan Wrestling Federation.
Abu Kheit reached the podium under the guidance of coach, Raed Al-Qaisi, as part of the national team’s participation in the championship.
It represents a turning point in the journey of Jordanian women’s wrestling and will hopefully lead to more achievements in continental and international events.
