HRH PRINCE FEISAL LEADS WARM WELCOME HOME TO NASHAMA

The Regent of His Majesty the King, His Royal Highness Prince Feisal Al Hussein, President of the Jordan Olympic Committee, led the warm welcome home extended to the national football team on their arrival back from the FIFA World Cup.
The players, along with the coaching and administrative staff, arrived back to Queen Alia International Airport after a tremendous job of representing the Kingdom in the USA.
During the reception, His Royal Highness expressed his appreciation to the team players for their honourable performance throughout the tournament’s competitions.
Jordan played well in their first appearance in the finals, but lost their three games to Austria (3-1), Algeria (2-1) and Argentina (3-1).
A number of senior officials also participated in the reception ceremony.
