AFIF GHAITH INTO KARATE 1-PREMIER LEAGUE FINAL

Afif Ghaith has qualified for the final of the fourth round of the Karate 1-Premier League, held in the Moroccan capital, Rabat.
Ghaith advanced to the final of the -67kg category after securing victories in five consecutive bouts.
He topped his group in the first round following three wins against Ireland’s Connor Sullivan (6-0), Turkey’s Ömer Abdurrahim Özer (3-0), and Italy’s Gianluca De Vivo (4-0).
In the quarter-finals, Ghaith defeated Germany's Muhammed Özdemir (5-0), before securing his spot in the final during by senshu (first unopposed point advantage) against Italy’s Luca Maresca after a 5-5 draw.
He will now face Morocco’s Said Ubaya in the final on Sunday.
