JOC BUILDS EMPLOYEE CAPACITY THROUGH WORKSHOP

The Jordan Olympic Committee, in cooperation with the Amman Governorate, conducted an introductory workshop on Monday on the Takamul digital platform.
The workshop introduced the platform to employees of the JOC along with its mechanisms for utilising its services.
It included a presentation highlighting the key features of the platform and its role in facilitating data exchange between relevant authorities.
It also emphasised supporting decision-makers by providing necessary statistics, reports, and databases, contributing to enhancing institutional work efficiency and improving coordination among partners.
This workshop comes as part of the JOC’s efforts to enhance awareness of digital transformation and develop the work environment. It will continue over the next to include employees of Jordanian sports federations.
