JORDAN OPEN JUDO CONTINUES

The Jordan Open Judo Championship continued on Saturday, alongside the National Team Selection Championship for the cadet and junior categories.
The event began on Friday at Prince Rashid Hall in Al Hussein Youth City and will run until Sunday.
Over 400 Judoka from various age groups and weight categories are participating in individual competitions in addition to team events with the participation of eight teams competing in fighting and kata disciplines.
The competitions will resume on Sunday with Judo events for visually impaired athletes, as well as kata and team competitions for the junior and senior categories.
The championship is promoting Judo locally and to select national team members for the cadet and junior categories.
