Jordan has secured a second win in the Beach Handball tournament at the 6th Asian Beach Games held in Sanya, China.
The team won 2-0 against Pakistan on Thursday in their third group-stage match, adding to the victory over The Maldives despite an opening loss to Thailand on Tuesday.
Jordan controlled the latest match and won both sets 14-10 and 16-14, securing an important result against a strong Pakistan team that finished third in the most recent Asian Championship.
With this win, Jordan move up to third in Group B with four points and face Bangladesh and Qatar on Friday next.
