JOC PREPARES DELEGATION FOR ASIAN BEACH GAMES

The Jordan Olympic Committee (JOC) met with the delegation set to participate in the 6th Asian Beach Games, scheduled for Sanya, China, from April 22-30.
Jordan will compete in Beach Handball, Beach Wrestling, Beach Jiu-Jitsu, and Triathlon, with a total of 24 athletes named.
The delegation will be headed by JOC Board Member and former national taekwondo athlete Juliana Al-Sadeq.
JOC Secretary General, Rana Al-Saeed, welcomed the delegation members, wishing them success and encouraging them to give their best efforts to represent Jordan in the best possible way and reflect a positive image of Jordanian sport at the continental event.
The meeting included a detailed briefing on administrative and medical guidelines, as well as travel, accommodation, and organisational procedures related to participation.
This will be Jordan’s sixth participation in the Asian Beach Games, with a total of 18 medals to its name: 4 gold, 7 silver, and 7 bronze.
