ABU GHAUSH WINS GOLD IN KOREA

Taekwondo Olympian Ahmad Abu Ghaush is reaching top form ahead of his Rio Games bid after winning gold in the highly competitive Korea Open Championship.
It is the first time a Jordanian has won a medal at the tournament, and Abu Ghaush did it in style by winning six matches and the gold medal. He defeated the host nation’s Kem Gee Web on a golden point in the final.
He will now head to Manchester, England, for a training camp until July 23 involving athletes from South Korea, Spain, Mali and Britain.
Joining the taekwondo star in Korea were Chen Chua Huwa, technical manager; Faris Al Assaf, Olympic Coach; Ashraf Saqer, physiotherapist; and Anas Al Adarbeh, athlete.
