Jordan will be looking to top Group D when they play their final group match against Bahrain (2.30pm) at the AFC Asian Cup in Qatar.
With four points already on the board, a point will guarantee a place in the last 16, following a 4-0 victory Malaysia and a 2-2 draw with South Korea.
Jordan currently lead by goal difference over South Korea, who face Malaysia in their final match.
Head Coach, Hussein Amotta, said the team is confident of winning to keep their excellent run going, but paid respect to Bahrain who he said “won’t be easy”.
He indicated that he might make several changes to the line-up to provide opportunities for players that haven’t started yet, and to rest others.
Bahrain are third with three points, securing a win against Malaysia in the last match after losing 3-1 to South Korea in the opening match.
