Young Jordanian Shergo Al Kurdi was thrust into the spotlight at the LIV Golf Invitational Series - Boston in the most unlikeliest of fashions. The previous round’s Bedminster champion Henrik Stenson was forced out of the fourth $20 million LIV event of 2022 with a bout of vertigo, and Al-Kurdi was called in at the last minute to play. And what a debut it was, he played his round with World No. 2 Cameron Smith and double major-winner Dustin Johnson and did not look out of place as he posted a comfortable one-over 71.
