Jordan have secured a second athlete to compete at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympic Games.
Ahmad Al Hindi threw a new national record in the F34 Shot Put to clinch gold at the World Paralympic Championships in the UAE.
His throw of 12.17m gave him direct qualification to Tokyo.
“I’m so happy with this achievement,” he said. “It was important for me to make Jordan happy and now I’m focusing on my next goals of doing well in Tokyo.”
