Olympic Boxer Obada Al Kissbeh, has reached the quarter-finals of the Asian Boxing Championships after a second victory on Saturday.
Al Kissbeh stopped Vietnam’s Nguyen Van Chung in the second round following a relentless barrage of punches, continuing on from his superb opening victory two days earlier against China’s Wang.
He will next face Uzbekistan's Abdul Rasool Chakour on Monday for a place in the last four.
Meanwhile, on Sunday, four Jordanians are in action with Mohamed Gharaghir (-52kg), Ahmad Al-Mutabouli (-60kg), Ahmadi Alireza, and 2018 bronze medallist Ziad Ishaish all invlved.
Hussein Ishaish has already booked his semi-final place in the -91kg weight where he will meet India’s Numan Tanwar on Tuesday.
