FENCING YOUNGSTERS WIN A DOZEN MEDALS

Jordan’s young fencers have won a dozen medals at the Arab Fencing Championship for Juniors and Cadet being hosted in Amman.

In the girls U15 competitions, Dina Al Mansi clinched Epee gold, Lujain Amawi took Sabre gold and Laimar Al Zammr took the Foil U15 gold.

Eyad Awdeh took gold for the boys U15 Epee. In the U13 age group, Zaid Malhas took Sabre silver and Mira Aziziah took Foil silver.

Jordan added six bronze medals through Eyas Al Zumor, Suhaib Derawi, Alaimar Al Zumor, Shahed Kloub, Sara Abu Al Ruk and Dima Faez.
