ATHLETES IN YOUTH OLYMPICS QUEST

Jordan’s best young track and field athletes will be vying for a place at the Youth Olympics this weekend.

Jordan has sent a team of six youngsters to Bangkok where the qualifiers are being held for the big event later this year in Buenos Aeries.

The team includes Amro Abu Al Roos (100m & 200m), Samer Al Jwhar (800m), Abdullah Al Mulaifi (1500m & 3000m), Abood Judeh (10km walk), Masa Al Shaka (100m & 200m) and Hanan Al Oshoosh (1500m and 3000m).

The team will be coached by Hussein Fedi, Abdullah Al Khanazreh and Khaled Hindawi.
