Jordan’s best young Taekwondo fighters face tough opening matches as they bid to qualify for this summer’s Youth Olympic Games.
The team is in Tunisia with places up for grabs for the Games in Buenos Aires later this year, but they will all face tough openers. Abdulhadi Al Shawali will meet Sweden's Mohammad Shahadeh in the -72kg weight, while Natali Al Humaidi will face Trinidad and Tobago's Chelsi Mavard in the first round of the -63kg category.
Zaid Mustafa, Mustafa Al Lahham, Rama Abu Al Rub and Aysha Al Saddeh will launch their campaigns on Saturday.
