MASS PARTICIPATION IN NATIONAL KARATE CHAMPS

The Jordan Open Karate Championships have attracted over 100 fighters to the Prince Rashed Hall in Al Hussein Youth City.
Representing 19 centres, the fighters are competing across a number of age categories, with places in the national team up for grabs.
Al Najjar Centre have lead the lead the first day with 27 medals including eight gold, six silver and 13 bronze medals, followed by Asateer Ordon, who took three gold, while Amen A'am finished third with two gold, one silver and one bronze medal.
The event will finish on Saturday.
