POWERLIFTERS SET FOR FAZA’ CHAMPIONSHIPS

Jordan’s top powerlifters are taking part in the 9th Fazza World Para Powerlifting Championship that will be held in Dubai from February 17-22.
A strong team includes Olympic medalist Omar Qaradeh (49kg), Mohammad Tarbash (59kg), Abdulkareem Khattab (80kg), Mohammad Abu Arrar (97kg), Jameel Shebli (107kg) and the Rio women’s silver medalist female Tharwat Al Hajjaj who will compete in 86kg.
Jordan finished the last championship on top of the medals table by clinching five gold medals and one silver.
