Jordan table tennis players continue to impress with two girls qualifying for the semi finals of the Arab Cup currently being held in Amman.
Masah Al Khawaldeh, fresh from her gold in the Amman International Tournament last week, advanced to the last four in the youth section with three Group A wins from three matches against Fatimah Saad (Iraq), Shouq Abdullah (Qatar) and Mira Al Sa’aydeh (Jordan).
Batool Al Rashdan also advanced with three wins from three matches in Group B to set up the possibility of an all-Jordan final.
In the male junior category, both Ziad Aziz and Khalid Basim qualified to the quarter finals, while Sewar Yousef qualified to the same stage for the females along with her sister Tayma’a.
