FARHAN WINS CHESS CHAMPIONSHIP

 Muhanad Farhan has won the 10th Al Qaed Chess Championship organized by the Great Amman Municipality Club and held at the Jordan Chess Federation.

Farhan collected eight points followed by Ahmad Al Khateeb who finished second and Marwan Al Abboudi in third.

Yazan Bashaireh won the U20 title with six points, while Seif Malik and Lu’ai Sameer shared the U16 category title.

In the female events, Bushra Al Shu’aibi and Ghaida Al Attar won the best female awards after scoring six points each, while female junior Rama Al Shu’aibi won the U20 title after scoring 5.5 points.

In U16 division, Dana Musa and Sarah Mu’qel shared the title with four points each, while Dalia AbduRaheem took the U12 title with five points.
