TRIATHLETE WINS IN KOREA

Firas Al Hmood has picked up a superb result in winning the 20-25 age category at the International Triathlon Union World Cup event in Korea.
The 23-year-old is currently living in the Far East country to carry out his Masters in Sports Management and showed he has picked up invaluable experience by leading home a quality field.
Overall there were 2000 participants across all age categories, with the cold weather providing an added challenge for the competitors.
Meanwhile, the Jordan Triathlon Committee is cracking on with preparations for their West Asian Triathlon which is being hosted on November 18 in Aqaba and sponsored by Ayla.
Olympian Lawrence Fanous is expected to take part alongside some of the best triathletes from the region.
