GYMNASTS STORM ARAB CHAMPIONSHIPS

Jordan has returned from the Arab Gymnastics Championships in Tunisia with an incredible 20 medals.

Ruba Al Dawood led the way with golds in the Vault, Floor, Balance Beam and Uneven Bars to be crowned Arab Champion.

Lara Awaad took silver in the All-round competition and bronze in Balance Beam event.

The boys were not to be outdone with Adham Al Sqour taking gold in the All-around competition as well as gold in the Rings and three bronze medals in the Parallel Bars, Rings and Floor Gymnastics. Ahmad Abu Al Soud took another gold medal for the team in the Pommel Horse while Majdi Al Hmoud clinched silver in the Floor Gymnastics and bronze for the All-round competitions.Salim Naghoush bronze in all round competition and three bronze in Pommel horse, Rings and Balance Beam.
