JORDAN HOSTS NATIONAL ATHLETES FORUM

Jordan has hosted the Athletes Forum 2025, organised by the Kingdom’s Athletes Committee with the support of the Jordan Olympic Committee.

Bringing together a select group of athletes, coaches, and experts, the forum addressed key issues affecting athletes in a bid to support their professional journey within a safe sporting environment.

It featured three main sessions focusing on sports mindset and coping with pressure, sports professionalism and career development, as well as safeguarding in sport and combating abuse and harassment.

Speakers discussed ways to enhance mental performance, transition into professionalism, build an athlete’s personal brand, and implement mechanisms to protect athletes and strengthen safeguarding systems within the sports sector.

The forum brought together male and female athletes who represented Jordan at the Islamic Solidarity Games, as well as athletes who participated in the Asian Youth Games 2025, within a framework designed to support the current generation of athletes and enable them to exchange experiences and benefit from specialised expertise.
