JORDAN TO FACE LIONEL MESSI’S ARGENTINA AT 2026 FIFA WORLD

Argentina and Lionel Messi await Jordan at the 2026 FIFA World Cup next summer.
The draw ceremony took place today at the John F. Kennedy Centre in Washington DC and placed Jordan in Group J alongside Argentina, Algeria and Austria.
Jordan qualified for the World Cup for the first time in its history, finishing second in its group during the Asian qualifiers.
The upcoming World Cup will feature 48 teams, divided into 12 groups, with four teams in each group. The tournament will be hosted across the USA, Mexico and Canada, running from June 11 to July 19.
