ANOTHER ISLAMIC GAMES MEDAL FOR JORDAN

Jordan’s medal tally at the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games has risen by another bronze today in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Rawan Salah secured bronze in the 2,000-metre camel racing event, finishing third with a time of 3:09.774 minutes.
Saudi Arabia’s Kholoud Al-Shammari won the gold with a time of 3:07.713, while the UAE’s Fatima Al-Amiri claimed silver, finishing in 3:09.601.
Salah also competed in the 8,000m race, placing fourth with a time of 18:13.423.
Meanwhile, teammate Naif Al-Zalabieh took part in the men’s 8000m race but was unable to finish.
With this medal, Jordan’s tally at the Games rises to 15 medals consisting of three gold, three silver, and nine bronze.
