PRINCE FEISAL PRAISES "BRILLIANT " BAQLAH

HRH Prince Feisal Al Hussein has described Khader Baqlah's record breaking Olympic swim as "brilliant".
The Prince, who is President of the Jordan Olympic Committee, was pool side in the Aquatics Centre in Rio de Janeiro to support the 17-year-old. And the teenager did not disappoint, winning his heat in a time of 1:48.42, more than a second better than his previous best.
"What a brilliant swim," said HRH Prince Feisal. "Khader has knocked nearly five seconds off the Jordan 200m freestyle record in the past year and today all Jordanians should celebrate his achievement which has got us off to an excellent start here in Rio. We can all be proud of Khader and of course all those working with him behind the scenes."
His Royal Highness went on to wish the delegation all the best with Judo's Ibrahim Khalaf next up for Jordan on Wednesday. HRH Prince Feisal was joined at the pool by Dr Sari Hamdan, JOC Vice President, and Lana Al Jaghbeer, JOC Secretay General.
