Al-Haddad to open Jordan’s Muay Thai campaign at Islamic Solidarity Games

Muay Thai fighter Ahmad Al-Haddad will launch Jordan’s participation at the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games, taking place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on Tuesday.

Al-Haddad will face Uzbekistan’s Salomov in the Round of 16 of the 55–60kg category.

The Jordanian Muay Thai team will continue its participation on Wednesday, as Dana Al-Kilani (50–55kg) and Yazan Al-Saifi (65–70kg) begin their campaigns at the quarter-final stage.

The team held its training session today at the Athletes’ Village, under the supervision of coaches Mohammad Amer and Ismail Abu Arshid.
