QUTAISHAT ELECTED TO ARAB NOC’S BOARD

Jihad Qutaishat, Vice President of the Jordan Olympic Committee, was elected unopposed to the Executive Board of the Union of Arab National Olympic Committees for the 2025–2029 term, during the 23rd General Assembly held in Riyadh on the sidelines of the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games.

Accompanying Mr. Qutaishat, Ms. Rana Al-Saeed, Secretary General of the Jordan Olympic Committee, also attended the 14th General Assembly of the Islamic Solidarity Sports Federation earlier in the day, as part of Jordan’s continued and active participation in strengthening Arab and Islamic cooperation in the sports sector.

The meeting also witnessed the election of His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal as President of the Union of Arab National Olympic Committees for the upcoming term, alongside the election of the new Executive Board.
