JORDAN FLAG CARRIERS CHOSEN FOR ISLAMIC GAMES

The Jordan Olympic Committee has selected Karate fighter Jud Al-Drouse and weightlifter Assem Al-Sallaj to carry the Jordanian flag during the opening ceremony of the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games, set to take place in Riyadh on Friday.
Jordan will participate with 39 athletes, representing taekwondo, wushu, jiu-jitsu, karate, muay thai, weightlifting, esports, camel racing, para powerlifting, athletics, para athletics, fencing, equestrian, and boxing.
The Islamic Solidarity Games will be held from November 7-21, featuring more than 3,000 athletes from 57 countries, competing across 25 sports at five main venues throughout Riyadh.
The official opening ceremony will be held at Al-Janadriyah Square on Friday evening.
Prior to this edition of the Islamic Solidarity Games, Jordan have won 36 medals, including eight gold, six silver and 22 bronze.
