JUDOKA SET FOR YOUTH GAMES

Jordan’s Judo Team will launch its campaign at the 3rd Asian Youth Games tomorrow (Wednesday) in Manama, Bahrain.

Huda Weshah will compete in the quarter-finals, facing the winner of Indonesia’s Okta Laizenri and Iran’s Shakibaei in the -48kg.

Haroun Al-Mashni will face Yemen’s Ibrahim Al-Qadi in the -60kg’s Round of 16, while Sarah Al-Seifi (-52kg) will meet Tajikistan’s Jamiva Zahal in the Round of 16, and Ashraf Al-Zaydanin (-66kg) will take on the UAE’s Saqr Al-Otaibi in the same round.
