MORE EXPERIENCE GAINED FOR JORDAN’S YOUNG SWIMMERS

Jordan’s young swimmers were back in the pool on Tuesday to gain more valuable big Games experience at the 3rd Asian Youth Games, in Manama, Bahrain.
Ali Al-Bdour won his heat in the 100m freestyle in a time of 56.74 seconds, but it wasn’t quick enough to reach the finals.
Jana Al-Tawil also took part in the 100m freestyle, clocking 1:02.35 minutes to finish sixth in her heat, missing qualification for the finals.
Meanwhile, Tara Al-Tawil completed her participation in the 200m breaststroke event with a time of 2:44.30 minutes. In the 50m butterfly, swimmer Omar Nouh recorded a time of 26.93 seconds, placing seventh in his heat so he did not advance to the finals.
The national swimming team will continue its participation in the Games tomorrow (Wednesday).
