HRH Princess Sara Crowns Rayan Ahmad with Gold in Muay Thai at Youth Games

Manama – Her Royal Highness Princess Sara bint Faisal, Head of the Jordanian delegation participating in the Asian Youth Games (Bahrain 2025), crowned Rayan Ahmad with his Muay Thai gold medal on Sunday.

Ahmad secured Jordan’s second gold medal at the Games, currently taking place in Manama, the capital of Bahrain.

He delivered a stunning performance in the -60kg final, knocking out Iran’s Yasin Mousavi in the first round.

Throughout the competition, Ahmad displayed exceptional skill, winning four consecutive bouts on his way to the title and earning Jordan’s second gold medal, following the Show Jumping team’s victory in the team event.

Following his triumph, he expressed his pride in this achievement, emphasising that he gave his all to win the gold medal and to raise Jordan’s flag high at the Games.
