3X3 BASKETBALL TEAMS LEARN SCHEDULES FOR YOUTH GAMES

Jordan men’s and women’s 3x3 Basketball teams will tip off their participation on Thursday in the 3rd Asian Youth Games, taking place in Manama, Bahrain.
The men’s team will open their campaign against Chinese Taipei at 9.25am in Group A, which also includes Turkmenistan, the UAE, and Mongolia.
The squad features Tariq Sahelyeh, Safwan Al-Qasem, Dhafer Al-Kayali, and Michael Sahelyeh, under the guidance of coach Fadi Yaghmour.
The participating teams are divided into four groups, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the quarter-finals.
Meanwhile, the women’s team will play three games on Thursday, facing Chinese Taipei at 10.15am, Iran at 12.35pm and Uzbekistan at 3.35pm, in Group A, which also includes Kazakhstan, the UAE, and China.
The women’s competition features two groups, with the top four teams from each group qualifying for the quarter-finals.
Their squad consists of Talin Habash, Talia Al-Halsa, Tala Al-Nabulsi, and Salma Obeidat, led by coach Noor Kayal.
