Al-Salahat to open Kurash campaign against fighter from Turkmenistan

The draw for the Kurash competitions at the 3rd Asian Youth Games, hosted by Manama, Bahrain, from October 22-31, was held on Saturday evening.

Jordan will be represented in the Kurash by Anas Al-Salahat, who will compete in the under 83 kg category on Monday.

In the Round of 16, he will face Turkmenistan’s Hoshgildiyev, with the winner advancing to the quarterfinal to meet Uzbekistan’s Shah Jahan Ghalibov.

Al-Salahat held his final training session earlier today in Manama, under the supervision of coach Ahmad Al-Kaabi, as part of his preparations for the competition.
