SWIMMERS DIVE IN TO FINAL ASIAN YOUTH GAMES PREPARATIONS

Jordan’s young swimmers are preparing to participate in the 3rd Asian Youth Games, hosted by Bahrain from October 22-31.
The team will be represented by: Omar Nuh (50m, 100m, and 200m freestyle, and 50m butterfly), Ali Al-Badour (100m, 200m, and 400m freestyle, and 200m butterfly), Tara Al-Aloul (50m and 100m breaststroke, 200m individual medley, and 100m butterfly), and Jana Al-Tawil (50m, 100m, and 200m freestyle, and 50m butterfly).
Head coach, Rahaf Baqleh, highlighted the team’s remarkable improvement in both physical and technical performance during the recent training period, emphasising the swimmers’ strong commitment and discipline, which have boosted the team’s confidence ahead of the competition.
Baqleh added that participating in the Asian Youth Games provides an invaluable opportunity for the young swimmers to compete against elite athletes from across Asia, helping refine their skills and enhance their readiness for future championships.
She expressed her hope that the team will achieve positive results and proudly raise Jordan’s flag in this major continental event.
The Swimming at the Asian Youth Games (Bahrain 2025) will be held from October 27-30.
