WORLD BRONZE FOR LABZOU

Zaur Labzou has claimed a bronze medal on Saturday at the Youth World Sambo Championships, held in Bogor, Indonesia.
Labzou earned this remarkable achievement in the -79kg category, securing two victories on his way to the podium.
He began his campaign with a 3-2 win over Kazakhstan’s Izimgali Yeramir in the Round of 16, before losing in the quarterfinals to Russia’s Arbuzov Eduard.
Labzou then bounced back to capture the bronze medal after defeating Armenia’s Agasaryan Gur with a 1-0 score in the repechage round.
