Jordan MMA Team Continues Preparations for Asian Youth Games

Jordan’s Mixed Martial Arts team is continuing its preparations for the 3rd Asian Youth Games, set to be hosted in Bahrain from October 22-31.

Jordan will be represented by Suleiman Al-Shiyab, Laith Al-Ghraibeh, Mohammad Al-Hamdan, and Mohammad Tayeh, under the guidance of coach Ghaleb Al-Harahsheh.

The coach said that training has been progressing according to a plan for weeks, with the goal of delivering strong performances and achieving good results in Bahrain.

As part of their preparations, the national team competed last month in the Asian Youth MMA Championship, where Al-Shiyab won silver in the -75kg category, Tayeh earned bronze in the -60kg category, and Al-Ghraibeh claimed bronze in the -70kg category.

The MMA competitions at the Asian Youth Games will be held from October 23 to 25 at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre.
