U-23 TEAM THRASH CHINESE TAIPEI IN ASIAN QUALIFIER

Jordan’s U-23 football team secured a 6-0 victory over Chinese Taipei on Saturday at the King Abdullah II Stadium, in Group A of the qualifiers for the AFC U-23 Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2026.
Jordan goals came from Mo’men Al-Saket (2), Ali Al-Azaizeh, Mohammad Kahlan, Ouda Al-Fakhouri, in addition to an own goal.
The result follows Jordan’s emphatic 11-0 win over Bhutan in their opening match, placing the team at the top of the group with 6 points, ahead of Turkmenistan on goal difference.
The two sides will meet in the decisive final group match on Tuesday.
The group winners from all 11 groups, along with the four best second-placed teams, will qualify for the finals, completing a line-up of 16 teams, including the host nation, Saudi Arabia.
