ASIAN TAEKWONDO BRONZE FOR AL SADEQ

Just two days after Ahmad Abu Ghaush secured a taekwondo Olympic place for Jordan, teammate Anas Al Sadeq won bronze medal in the 87kg category at the Asian Taekwondo Championship in Philippines.
Abu Ghaush won his qualifying event which was held prior to the Asian Championships, and it obviously inspired his compatriots with Al Sadeq reaching the semi finals before losing.
Meanwhile, Hamzeh Qattan lost his first match in the +87kg category, while Rania Fawa'reh lost in the 73kg category.
Still to fight are Mutasem Abu Zaid (54kg), Eman Al Adayleh (46kg), Razan Al Saydeh (49kg), Taleen Al Humaidi (53kg), Abdullah Al Shouabaki (68kg), Majd Asfour (74kg), Saleh Al Sharabati (80kg), Shahed Al Turman (62kg) will play.
