SECOND WEST ASIAN WIN FOR WOMEN'S HANDBALL

Jordan have picked up their second victory at the 3rd West Asian Women's Championship (AFC President's Cup) over Kuwait at the Princess Sumaya Hall in Al-Hussein Youth City.
Jordan finished 35-16, following on from their previous win over Iraq to top the standings with four points, sharing the lead with India who the hosts meet on Friday.
The tournament sees each of the four teams play each other twice in a league format.
