ROYAL CHESS FEDERATION HONOURS WINNERS

The Royal Jordanian Chess Federation has honoured those that won at their National Championships over the past two years.
The ceremony, held at the headquarters of the Federation in Al Hussein Youth City, was under the patronage of Hassan Abdeen, the representative of the President of the Royal Jordanian Chess Federation, and the Federation's Secretary, Sami Khader.
The ceremony is part of the Federation’s strategy to recognise and reward its champions to motivate them to go and and achieve more honours in the game. It is also hoped that it will encourage more youngsters to take up Chess, and it enabled the Federation to thank the players’ families for their support.
