HUGE HAUL OF MEDALS FOR JORDAN WEIGHLIFTERS

Jordan’s strongest woman lifted an incredible six medals at the Arab and Afro-Asian Weightlifting Championships held in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt.
Rola Khalid clinched bronze medals in the snatch and the clean-and-jerk categories for both the Arab and Afro-Asian sections of the 75kg competition.
She was joined in the medals by teammate Ra’ed Al Khawaldeh who took four medals in the 105kg category. He won bronze in the Arab snatch category as well as bronze overall, before also winning bronze in the snatch and overall in the Afro-Asian section.
