LOOKING FOR YOUNG LIFTERS

Jordan Weightlifting Federation is looking for the next generation of lifters after hosting its national junior weightlifting championship in Al Karamah hall in Al Hussein Youth City.
The event welcomed 36 weightlifters from five clubs, including Yarmouk Al baq’a, Hettein, Kufer Al Ma’, Khrebt Al Sooq and Al Marsa’.
President, Azzam Al Zubi, said that he was impressed by the level of the competition which he stressed was held under strict health and safety conditions in light of the ongoing Covid-19 threat.
