AL TARRAJI TAKE HANDBALL’S SUPER CUP

Tunisia’s Al Tarraji have clinched the Arab Handball Super Cup by beating Qatar’s Al-Gharafa in Amman’s Princess Sumayah Hall.
Al Tarraji beat Al Gharafa, of Qatar, 26-24 in the final ahead of Jordan hosting the 35th Arab Clubs Championship which will welcome eight teams divided into two groups.
Group A includes Al-Gharafa, Al Wehdeh from Saudi Arabia, Betroli from Algeria and Burkan from Kuwait. Group B includes Al Tarraji, Kuwaiti from Kuwait, Qatari from Qatar and Raja’ Akadir from Morocco.
Kuwaiti will take on Al Wehdeh in today’s opening match at 1pm, while Raja’ will meet Al Tarraji later on in Princess Sumayah Hall.
