HOSTS JORDAN FINISH ASIAN HANDBALL TOURNAMENT SEVENTH

Jordan have finished seventh in the Asian U19 Handball Championships which have been hosted in Amman over the past week.

They finished their run with a 34-30 defeat against Bahrain in the Princess Sumayah Hall, which came after defeats against Japan and India.

Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Japan and Chinese Taipei have qualified through to the semi-final to book their place in the World Championships that will be held in Macedonia next year.
