TAEKWONDO END THEIR GRAND PRIX CAMPAIGN

Jordan returned empty handed from the World Taekwondo Grand Prix being held in Chinese Taipei.
Saleh Al Sharabati missed out the -80kg podium places after losing his third round fight to South Korea’s Han Ken on the golden point. Earlier he beat Iran’s Mahdi Khodabakhshi, 13-11.
Jordan sent a strong team of Ahmad Abu Ghaush, Al Sharabati, Hamzeh Qattan and Juliana Al Saleh but all missed out on the later rounds.
The fourth round of Grand Prix will take place in Manchester, England, from October 19-21, while the final round will take place in Al Fujairah, UAE, from November 22-23.
