JORDAN SECOND AT WEST ASIAN ATHLETICS

Hosts Jordan have finished second at the 3rd West Asian Athletics Championship that were held in Amman over the past four days.
The event welcomed 300 athletes from nine countries with Jordan finishing just behind Bahrain on the medals table with 37.
As well as an impressive 10 gold medals, Jordan also won 12 silver and 15 bronze medals.
