BOXERS LAUNCH GERMAN CAMPAIGN

Jordan’s top four boxers are looking to take Europe by storm at the 45th Chemistry Cup being held in Halle, Germany, this week.

Hussein Ishaish (91kg), Obada Al Kesbah (64kg), Mohammad Al Wadi (56kg) and Ziad Ishiash (75kg) have all travelled under the supervision of Head Coach, Ezzeldein Aqqoun.

Hussein will launch his campaign against Cuba’s Cotila Savonsi, while Obadah will meet Russia’s Ivan Kozolvsky, Al Wadi will meet India’s Hussameldein Mohammad and Ziad Ishaish will fight Germany’s former junior world champion, Silvio Chelri.

Coach Aqqoun said the players were in great shape and expects medals this week.
