ARMOUSH SETS NEW 10,000m RECORD

Jordan’s Tamara Armoush has smashed a long standing national record at an event held in England at the weekend.

The young long distance runner ran 10,000m in a time of 34:00.81 minutes, at the Highgate Harriers Night Of The 10,000m PBs, smashing the former record set way back in 1994 of 37:50.28.

She finished her race 12th overall.
